Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed are:

United States: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
Australia: 8–18 business days
Europe: 8–18 business days
Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Address

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nenoranini@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
