Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please email nenoranini@yahoo.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at nenoranini@yahoo.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
